My client is a growing practice with 10 years experience working across a range of sectors including residential, commercial, mixed use and hospitality.
They are now looking for either an experienced Part 2 or recently qualified Part 3 to join their Surrey based practice (located close to Epsom and Croydon).
Ideally you will already have exposure to working through all RIBA work stages and at the stage in your career where you’re looking to take on greater responsibility, knowledge of MicroStation would be desirable.
The role will require you to produce high-quality design and technical drawings, assist with planning applications, building regulations, and tender packages.
You will be confident Coordinating with consultants, contractors, and clients and attend site visits and project meetings.
