Architect – Labor Camp & Facilities Design
We are seeking an Architect responsible for planning, designing, and supporting the execution of labor camps and related facilities. The role ensures full compliance with Saudi regulations, authority requirements, safety standards, and operational needs, delivering practical and cost-effective designs for high-occupancy environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare master plans, layouts, and detailed drawings for labor camps and associated facilities.
- Develop concept and schematic designs, ensuring efficient circulation, safety, and adherence to zoning regulations.
- Ensure compliance with municipality, civil defense, and Saudi building codes.
- Coordinate with MEP, structural, fire, and other consultants.
- Support construction stages, site visits, and as-built documentation.
- Propose value engineering solutions to optimize cost and efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
- 2–5 years’ experience in labor camps or high-occupancy facilities.
- Experience with Saudi authority approvals is preferred.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
