Road Site Engineer
We are looking for an experienced **Road Site Engineer** to join our team and support the successful delivery of road infrastructure projects.
**Key Requirements:**
* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
* Minimum **5 years of experience** in road construction and site supervision.
* Strong knowledge of **quantity surveying and quantity take-off**.
* Proven ability to **lead and manage site teams**, subcontractors, and daily site operations.
* Good understanding of road construction standards, specifications, and quality control procedures.
* Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project documentation.
* Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
* Willingness to work at **multiple project locations**.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Supervise and monitor road construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications and schedules.
* Prepare and review quantity calculations, measurements, and progress reports.
* Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
* Lead and manage site personnel to ensure efficient project execution.
* Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and quality standards.
* Monitor project progress and proactively resolve site issues.
