Job Brief:
To supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on-site for Mega 3 high-rise buildings in Masar Makkah, ensuring that civil and architectural works for high-rise towers are executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Site Supervision & Execution:
- Oversee day-to-day construction activities for structural, finishing, and architectural works.
- Ensure work execution aligns with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Supervise subcontractors, foremen, and labor teams to maintain productivity and efficiency.
- Monitor site progress and report any delays, risks, or deviations.
2. Coordination & Communication:
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and design teams to resolve technical issues.
- Liaise with other disciplines (MEP, structural, architecture) to ensure proper integration.
- Attend site meetings and provide updates on progress and challenges.
- Ensure smooth coordination among subcontractors working on multiple tower floors simultaneously.
3. Quality Control:
- Ensure adherence to QA/QC procedures and standards.
- Conduct inspections for civil and architectural works (concrete, finishing, facade, etc.).
- Raise inspection requests (IRs) and ensure approvals are obtained before proceeding.
- Identify defects and ensure corrective actions are implemented promptly.
4. Health, Safety & Compliance:
- Enforce HSE policies and maintain a safe working environment on-site.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and toolbox talks.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations and project safety standards.
- Report and investigate incidents when necessary.
5. Technical Support:
- Review shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals.
- Provide technical guidance to site teams.
- Assist in resolving site discrepancies and design conflicts.
- Ensure proper implementation of construction methodologies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or architecture.
Experience:
3–8 years of experience in construction, preferably in high-rise buildings or large-scale tower projects.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of construction processes for high-rise structures.
- Good understanding of structural and architectural drawings.
- Familiarity with QA/QC and HSE standards.
- Strong coordination and problem-solvingskills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, and basic MS Office tools.
- Knowledge of BIM tools is an advantage.
