Are you an experienced professional with Architectural or Interior Design background, ready to take ownership of local projects from start to finish?
A dynamic group in their sector with a strong presence in the market is looking for a versatile professional to join their Development & Construction team to ensure architectural excellence at every stage.
Responsibilities
- Active participation in all phases of projects, with a main emphasis on the preparation of detailed implementation studies and technical drawings.
- Regular visits to construction sites to carry out accurate measurements and ensure the correct implementation of the plans.
- Participation in the study of interior spaces and styling, with involvement in the formulation of proposals for furniture, decorative elements and plants.
Qualifications
- Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or Interior Design.
- Proficient in Revit, Rhino & AutoCAD.
- Usage of Grasshopper and Enscape is considered a plus.
- Familiarity with NOK and experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
- 3+ years of experience in construction and architecture
- Strong organizational, creative and presentation skills
