Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Kozhikode for an Architect at Urban Grey Engineering Solutions. The Architect will oversee the planning, designing, and implementation of architectural projects in alignment with client requirements and project goals. Key responsibilities include creating detailed architectural designs, ensuring functionality and aesthetic value, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, reviewing construction processes for compliance, and contributing to project management strategies to meet delivery objectives effectively.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Architectural Design and general principles of Architecture
- Understanding of Software Development and Integration relevant to architectural projects
- Experience in Project Management to effectively plan, execute, and deliver architectural projects
- Knowledge of sustainable building practices and construction compliance standards
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field
- Professional licensure or certification is a plus
