Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer with a strong background in large-scale construction projects and mid- to high-rise building developments in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing site execution, coordinating with stakeholders, ensuring quality standards, and delivering projects within timelines and budget requirements

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage day-to-day construction activities on site
- Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and safety regulation
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and project stakeholder
- Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control standards are maintained
- Prepare and review project reports, schedules, and technical documentation
- Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions during project execution
- Ensure timely completion of project milestones while maintaining quality and safety standard
- Monitor material usage and site resources effectively
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 5+ years of UAE experience as a Civil Engineer
- Proven experience in large-scale construction projects
- Mandatory experience in mid-rise and high-rise building projects
- Strong knowledge of UAE construction standards, regulations, and project execution practices.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory
