Sr. Estimator (ALUMINIUM FACADE)
White Aluminium Enterprises LLC – Fabrication Division is currently looking for a Sr. Estimator to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in our Aluminium Fabrication Division in securing new business by evaluating tenders, managing pricing strategy, identifying risks, and supporting value engineering initiatives from pre-tender through contract award.
Key Responsibilities:
· Analyze drawing, specifications and documents to prepare comprehensive cost estimates
· Handling window schedule, bill of quantities (BOQ) & analytical section details
· Review design options and recommend best solution, select and finalize the systems
· Handling inquiry, follow up on missing information, documents & clarifications
· Selecting & finalizing the systems, typologies & profiles
· Prepare value engineering options by complying to the client requirement, Preliminary Structural and Thermal calculation, technical compliance while submitting commercial proposal
· Cost estimation of complete system, prepare, finalize, submit quotations and obtain customer acceptance
· Calculate material quantity requirements, utilize Estimation software and prepare material take-off
· Prepare final position drawings & quantities as per approved shop drawings
Qualifications:
· Graduate degree in Engineering (preferably Civil, Mechanical or related field)
· 5 - 10years of work experience as Estimator preferably in Senior level within the Aluminum Façade Industry.
· Highly proficient in using Logika Orgadata, Autocad, Excel and other estimation tools
· Excellent organizational and time management skills.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
