SENIOR FAÇADE DESIGNER
White Aluminium Enterprises LLC – Fabrication Division is currently looking for a Senior Facade Designer to join our design team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in responsible for the design, development, and coordination of façade systems for projects.
Key Responsibilities:
· Prepare detailed shop drawings, system designs, material specifications, aluminium façade systems including curtain walls, cladding, doors, windows, and skylights.
· Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and production teams to ensure high-quality aluminium façade solutions are delivered according to project requirements, industry standards, and timelines.
- Assist the projects teams with all aspect of project implementation, including but not limited to site and factory inspection, quality, audit, report preparation, etc.
- Prepare material submittals, BOQs, and technical documents and optimize materials and designs to reduce cost and wastage.
· Perform structural and thermal design and analysis calculations using governing codes and standards, engineering formulas, skills and experience
· Resolve design and site-related technical issues.
Qualifications and Required Competencies:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Strong expertise in façade systems (curtain walls, aluminium systems, glazing, cladding).
- Proficiency in design software (Logikal Orgadata, AutoCAD, Revit or similar).
- Strong coordination and communication abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in façade design.
