White Aluminium Enterprises LLC – Fabrication Division is currently looking for a Façade Project Manager to join our Projects team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate will play a critical role of end-to-end management of façade packages—from design coordination and engineering through procurement, fabrication, installation, testing, and handover—ensuring compliance with performance, quality, safety, schedule, and budget targets.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead full façade package execution for high-rise buildings and VIP client projects
· Develop project plans, method statements, ITPs, and installation sequencing.
· Manage scope, budget, schedule, risks, and change control for façade works.
· Coordinate closely with client, consultant, main contractor, and internal teams.
· Plan installation sequence, methods, and site activities.
· Ensure façade meets structural, thermal, weather, and acoustic requirements.
· Oversee material procurement and factory fabrication quality.
· Supervise site installation teams and track daily/weekly progress.
· Implement QA/QC checks and conduct required façade tests.
· Monitor schedule, budget, variations, and reporting.
· Resolve site issues, interface problems, and technical challenges.
Qualifications and required Competencies:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Mechanical / Architectural Engineering.
· 8–15+ years of façade experience, with minimum 5 years in high-rise projects.
· GCC / Middle East high-rise project experience preferred.
· Demonstrated project delivery using preferably Schüco façade systems.
· Experience managing façade value engineering and system optimization.
· Leadership of multi-disciplinary teams.
· Strong coordination and stakeholder management.
· Problem-solving under site constraints.
· Planning, scheduling, and execution excellence.
· High attention to detail and quality.
