Job Title: Project Engineer – Interior Fit-Out
Location: Abu Dhabi
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer with a strong background in Interior Fit-Out projects, particularly within Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating all site activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise interior fit-out works on airport projects.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Review project drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project schedules.
Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
Coordinate material procurement and manpower requirements.
Resolve technical and site-related issues efficiently.
Attend project meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum 4 tp 6 years of experience in Interior Fit-Out projects in Abu Dhabi
Previous experience working on Abu Dhabi project is mandatory
Strong knowledge about Abu Dhabi govt approval and mall approvals
Strong knowledge of fit-out construction methods, materials, and project execution.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work under tight deadlines.
UAE experience is preferred.
Valid UAE driving license is must.
