Position: Architects
Work Location: Kochi
Experience: Min 4 years
Salary: As per industry standards befitting the candidate expertise and exposure
Candidate Spec: B. Arch graduates from premium institutes who have min 4 years of relevant experience in handling independent residential projects (G+4).
Job Role:
- Architectural design - Prepare plans, drawings, sketches and models as required to support design and development proposals.
- Clarification of the details for the design with the end customers.
- Preparing sanction drawings and coordinating approval process.
- Making site visits to check on progress and manage the team.
Candidate Requirements:
· Exemplary design & drawing skills with the flexible mindset to adapt to a high pressure start up work environment
· Ability to see the big picture as well as giving attention to the smallest detail.
· Ability to communicate effectively the design plans to end client.
· Should be a team worker 100% who can work in co-ordination with other departments within the company
