Role Description The Junior Architect will be a full-time team member working on-site at the Kochi studio. Responsibilities include supporting architectural design development, preparing drawings, 3D models, and presentation materials, and assisting with design research and concept development. The role involves coordinating with principal architects on project documentation, contributing to integration of environmental and contextual considerations, and participating in design reviews. The Junior Architect will also help with basic project coordination tasks, maintain organized project files, and collaborate with consultants and vendors as required.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong foundational skills in Architecture and Architectural Design.
- Candidates should possess skills in relevant design and Software Development tools used for modeling, drafting, and visualization.
- Candidates should possess abilities in Integration of design concepts with environmental, contextual, and user requirements.
- Candidates should possess basic Project Management skills, including task coordination, time management, and documentation.
- Proficiency in CAD and 3D modeling software and familiarity with graphic design tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or equivalent, with an interest in environmental and contextual design.
- Strong visual communication, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in a studio environment.
- Willingness to learn, take feedback constructively, and adapt to evolving project requirements.
