LANG Studio seeks a skilled
Architectural Designer with 3 -12 years of experience to join our firm in New York City. You may be a good candidate if you are a proven leader and collaborator, committed to design excellence, and a holistic approach to architectural practice.
We are a design focused architecture and real estate development firm, looking for candidates capable of thinking and working across disciplines to work with our team on active architecture and development projects.
What You’ll Do
- Lead projects from schematic design through construction administration, with direct exposure to clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Drive design, technical detailing, and material strategies.
- Coordinate consultant teams and manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
What We’re Looking For
- Professional degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- 3–12 years of experience, including at least 1 year in a project leadership role.
- Demonstrated experience with high-end residential projects (townhouses and custom homes strongly preferred).
- Strong command of design development, technical detailing, and construction documentation.
- Highly developed skills in client communication, consultant coordination, and contract administration.
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Deep understanding of materials, construction systems, and building methodologies.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining design and technical rigor.
