Role Summary
As the Architectural Designer, the ideal candidate will be responsible for executing, designing, and providing inputs for all the store’s layouts and designing. In addition, he/she will be leading and managing the team in the execution of the tasks by effectively managing the timelines ensuring all the projects are completed within the target timeframe.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a culturally diversified team of design professionals to achieve outstanding results
- Foster creativity within the team and ensure a keen eye for designing, coordinating colors, flooring, and overall store aesthetics
- Prioritize candidates with a proven background and experience in retail design to effectively contribute to our unique store concepts
- Utilize proficiency in CAD, 3DMAX, and Photoshop Illustrator to translate creative visions into tangible and visually stunning store designs
- Demonstrate expertise in material finishing, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of materials and their impact on the overall design concept
- Manage project timelines effectively, demonstrating the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver high-quality work under pressure
- Take charge of team management, assigning tasks, and providing guidance to support the team's success
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture or a related field.
- Proven experience in a senior role, with a track record of successfully managing culturally diverse design team.
- Proven prior experience in Food and Beverage industry.
- Creative flair and a passion for innovative design concepts, with a portfolio showcasing previous retail design projects.
- Proficiency in CAD, 3DMAX, and Photoshop Illustrator.
- In-depth knowledge and experience in material finishing within the context of architectural design.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet project deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively guide and motivate team member.
