Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architect to join our multidisciplinary team. The successful candidate will contribute to the design and development of projects from concept through schematic and design development stages, while coordinating with internal disciplines and external consultants to deliver high-quality architectural solutions. The ideal candidate is passionate about design, technically competent, and experienced in managing project deliverables within a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural designs from concept through design development.
- Prepare architectural drawings, design documentation, and presentation materials.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, and other consultants throughout the design process.
- Ensure designs comply with project requirements, local authority regulations, and applicable building codes.
- Participate in client meetings, design workshops, and project presentations.
- Assist in preparing authority submission packages and technical documentation.
- Support project managers in meeting project timelines and deliverables.
- Review drawings and coordinate design changes throughout the project lifecycle.
- Produce high-quality architectural details and construction documentation when required.
- Stay updated on industry trends, design technologies, and sustainability best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
- 4-8 years of professional experience within an architectural consultancy.
- Experience working on residential, hospitality, commercial, mixed-use, or master planning projects.
- Strong understanding of architectural design principles, construction methodologies, and local regulations.
- GCC experience is highly preferred.

- AutoCAD
- Revit
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- SketchUp
- Rhino (preferred)
- Enscape, Lumion, Twinmotion, or similar visualization software
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with AI design and productivity tools is considered an advantage.
