Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Vadodara. The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, preparing detailed drawings and plans, and coordinating design solutions that align with client requirements and local regulations.The role involves site visits, participation in client meetings, and monitoring project progress to ensure timely delivery and quality standards. The Architect will also contribute to design presentations, support integration of structural and MEP inputs, and assist in resolving design and construction challenges.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate client needs into practical and aesthetically sound solutions.
- Understanding of Integration between architectural, structural, and services disciplines to ensure cohesive project outcomes.
- Familiarity with Software Development concepts and digital tools as they relate to architectural workflows, design automation, or BIM environments.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar) and strong technical drawing skills.
- Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and approval processes relevant to projects in Vadodara and Gujarat.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work on-site within multidisciplinary teams and interact with clients and contractors.
- Professional degree in Architecture from a recognized institution; architectural registration or eligibility for registration is an advantage.
- Prior experience in residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects is preferred.
