Role Description The Architect will work full time on-site in Ahmedabad, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to design and deliver industrial, residential, and commercial projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing architectural concepts, preparing drawings and specifications, and coordinating designs with structural, MEP, and other engineering disciplines. The role involves conducting site visits, assessing feasibility, and ensuring that designs comply with building codes, safety standards, and sustainability guidelines. The Architect will participate in project meetings, support project management activities, and assist in resolving design and construction issues throughout the project lifecycle. This position requires close collaboration with stakeholders to ensure that functional, aesthetic, and budgetary requirements are met.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development, space planning, and technical detailing.
- Candidates should possess skills in Project Management, including coordination with multidisciplinary teams, timeline management, and documentation.
- Candidates should possess skills in Integration, ensuring architectural solutions work seamlessly with structural, MEP, landscape, and interior designs.
- Candidates should possess a practical understanding of Software Development and integration where relevant to BIM, design tools, or smart building solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture from an accredited institution; professional licensure or registration is an advantage.
- Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar) and familiarity with BIM workflows.
- Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and sustainable design practices applicable in Ahmedabad and broader regions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary environment.
- Experience in industrial park, residential, or commercial real estate projects is highly beneficial.
