Key Responsibilities
1) Lead and coordinate architectural projects from conceptual design through execution and site handover.
2) Prepare comprehensive design packages, working drawings, master plans, and detailed project reports.
3) Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams, MEP consultants, clients, and municipal bodies.
4) Support PMC Team for design specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
Desirable Candidate:
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch).
Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience handling [e.g., high-rise buildings, master planning, or large-scale developments].
Technical Proficiency: Strong command of CAD, SketchUp, and rendering/presentation tools.
