Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Patna. The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural concepts and designs for residential projects, preparing detailed drawings and documentation, and ensuring that designs comply with local building codes and regulations. Daily activities include collaborating with clients to understand requirements, coordinating with designers, engineers, supervisors, and construction managers, and conducting site visits to monitor progress and resolve design-related issues. The Architect will also participate in project planning, support material selection, and help maintain quality, cost transparency, and adherence to project timelines.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to create functional, aesthetically sound residential designs.
- Experience in Project Management, including planning, coordination with multidisciplinary teams, and overseeing design execution on-site.
- Familiarity with Software Development and Integration as they relate to design tools, BIM systems, or construction-tech platforms.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) and ability to produce clear drawings and technical documentation.
- Knowledge of local building codes, construction standards, and best practices in residential construction.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent; professional registration or licensure is an advantage.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively on-site.
- Prior experience in residential or construction-tech environments in India, particularly in similar urban settings, is preferred.
