Our services include architectural planning, DPR preparation, working and GFC drawings, interior design, estimation, coordination with structural and MEP consultants, approval documentation and project-stage support.
Role Description
NOUVEAU is hiring a full-time, on-site/off-site Architect for its Patna office. The selected candidate will be responsible for architectural planning, design development, preparation of drawings and coordination of projects from the initial concept stage through detailed and GFC drawing stages.
The role requires coordination with project heads, consultants, clients and site teams to ensure that drawings are accurate, technically feasible and delivered within the required timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare architectural concepts, layouts, presentations and detailed drawings.
- Develop working drawings, tender drawings and GFC drawings.
- Prepare plans, elevations, sections, details and submission drawings.
- Coordinate architectural drawings with structural, MEP and other consultant drawings.
- Assist in preparing DPRs, BOQs, project documentation and technical presentations.
- Review project requirements, site conditions and applicable building regulations.
- Incorporate revisions and maintain proper drawing records.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors and site teams.
- Conduct site visits whenever assigned and resolve drawing-related site issues.
- Ensure accuracy, quality and timely completion of assigned work.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture — B.Arch is mandatory.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.
- Working knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, Enscape or similar software is preferred.
- Good understanding of architectural planning, construction details and working drawings.
- Ability to prepare clear, accurate and executable architectural drawings.
- Strong coordination, communication and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and work within deadlines.
- Experience in government, institutional, commercial, residential or interior projects will be an advantage.
