TYG is partnering with an award-winning design firm that is looking for an Architect to join its growing Tampa office. This is an opportunity for an Architect with 6+ years of industry experience to join a collaborative, design-driven practice. You'll play a key role in guiding projects from concept through construction while collaborating with clients, consultants, and project teams to deliver high-quality design solutions.
About the role:
- Contribute to the planning, design, and delivery of architectural projects through all phases, from concept design to construction administration.
- Develop creative and practical design solutions that meet client objectives, project requirements, and industry best practices.
- Prepare and coordinate construction documentation alongside multidisciplinary teams, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable building codes and regulations.
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to support successful project delivery and help resolve design and technical challenges.
- Support project managers and senior architects while mentoring junior team members and contributing to a collaborative team environment.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of professional experience in architecture.
- Licensed or actively pursuing licensure
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, construction methods, and industry standards.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, Enscape, and other industry-standard design software.
