SANY Saudi Arabia is looking for an experienced Civil Engineer to join our team and oversee construction projects while ensuring compliance with Saudi regulations and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise general contracting and subcontracting construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, technical specifications, and contract requirements.
- Ensure all construction work complies with the Saudi Building Code (SBC) and Saudi Civil Defense fire protection regulations.
- Coordinate with Baladiya (Municipality) and Saudi Civil Defense for approvals, inspections, reporting, and project handover.
- Monitor construction quality, safety, and project progress to ensure timely completion.
- Review drawings, specifications, and construction methods to ensure compliance with engineering standards.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, inspection records, and completion evidence.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
- Proven experience in construction supervision, general contracting, or infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi Building Code (SBC), Civil Defense requirements, and municipal approval procedures.
- Experience working with contractors and government authorities in Saudi Arabia.
- Chinese language proficiency is required （spoken and/or written）.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
