🏛️ WE’RE HIRING | ARCHITECT
We are looking for a talented and motivated Architect to join our team in Vacoas, Mauritius.
Work on a portfolio of prestigious projects, with involvement from project inception through to completion.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Conduct site surveys and document existing conditions
* Develop architectural concepts, designs and presentations
* Produce 2D & 3D drawings, models and visualisations
* Prepare statutory, tender, construction and as-built/as-made drawings
* Coordinate with Clients, consultants, engineers and contractors
* Attend project/site meetings and assist with project coordination
* Perform other duties related to the role and expected project outcomes
REQUIREMENTS
* Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture
* Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit & SketchUp
* Strong drafting, detailing and 3D visualisation skills
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Mauritian citizens preferred
