Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Portland, OR. The Architect will collaborate with project teams to develop design concepts, prepare drawings and models, and refine architectural solutions throughout all project phases. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with consultants, supporting integration of building systems, and assisting with project documentation and specifications. The role involves participating in client meetings, responding to design feedback, and helping manage schedules and deliverables. The Architect will also contribute to quality control, compliance with codes and standards, and overall project coordination.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development and detailed design.
- Candidates should possess skills in Project Management, including planning, coordination, and tracking project milestones.
- Proficiency with industry-standard design and documentation software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar) is beneficial.
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and sustainable design principles
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a closely related field
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
