🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
- Perform multidisciplinary modeling across Architectural, Structural, and MEP disciplines.
- Support MEP modeling, coordination, and clash detection activities.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other BIM professionals.
- Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements to ensure model accuracy.
- Identify and resolve modeling and coordination issues.
- Maintain quality, accuracy, and consistency throughout project deliverables.
- Complete assigned modeling tasks within project timelines.
🔹 Requirements
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
- Experience in MEP Modeling and Coordination is a strong advantage.
- Good understanding of BIM workflows and multidisciplinary coordination.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
