We’re Hiring: Façade Technical Office Engineer
Our valued client is seeking experienced Façade Technical Office Engineers to join their multidisciplinary project teams. We are looking for engineers with a strong façade technical background and hands-on experience in developing, coordinating, and reviewing façade shop drawings and BIM packages.
Role Overview:
As a Façade Technical Office Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and reviewing façade shop drawings and BIM models while ensuring compliance with project requirements, technical standards, and design specifications. You will work closely with Architecture, Structure, and MEP teams to ensure smooth coordination and successful project delivery.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–10 years of relevant experience in façade technical office, curtain-wall systems, and/or façade BIM.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit/BIM.
- Solid experience with unitized and stick curtain-wall systems, including glazing, spandrels, louvers, framing, and brackets.
- Ability to develop and coordinate façade shop drawings and BIM models with other disciplines.
- Good understanding of façade detailing, constructability, and technical coordination.
- Strong technical skills with attention to detail and project requirements.
- Experience with high-rise façade projects is a plus.
