Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Architect located in Riyadh. The Senior Architect will oversee architectural design projects, lead the development and integration of design concepts, and ensure collaboration with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include managing project timelines, ensuring adherence to client requirements, and maintaining high standards of quality throughout the design and execution phases. The role also involves liaising with stakeholders, mentoring team members, and contributing to innovative real estate solutions.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design, with a strong understanding of design principles and methods
- Proficiency in Software Development and Integration to support advanced architectural practices
- Proven skills in Project Management, including the ability to manage schedules, budgets, and cross-functional teams
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and leadership abilities to guide teams and liaise with stakeholders
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field; professional certification (e.g., LEED, RIBA) is a plus
- Previous experience in real estate development or large-scale construction projects is highly desirable
- A commitment to sustainable design and innovative solutions
