Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Architect / Architectural Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience within an architectural consultancy office, with strong expertise in architectural design, planning, BIM, and technical documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage architectural designs from concept design through detailed design and construction documentation stages.
• Prepare high-quality architectural drawings, layouts, presentations, and design packages.
• Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, regulations, and authority requirements.
• Coordinate architectural designs with other disciplines, including Structural, MEP, and specialist consultants.
• Provide creative and practical design solutions while maintaining project requirements, quality, and functionality.
• Support project delivery through technical documentation, presentations, design reviews, and coordination meetings.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in an architectural consultancy office.
• Proven experience in designing and delivering residential and commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, planning, and detailed drawings production.
• Hands-on experience with BIM workflows and coordination.
• Good understanding of local and international building codes and design standards (Saudi Building Code knowledge is preferred).
• Proficiency in architectural software including AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design tools.
• Strong understanding of project coordination and technical documentation.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
