We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will specialize in exterior facades and building finishes, ensuring all work is executed to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Proven experience in exterior facades and building finishing works.
- Strong technical knowledge of various facade systems, including Stone, Porcelain, Aluminum, Glass, and ACP (Aluminum Composite Panels).
- Ability to thoroughly review architectural blueprints and shop drawings.
- Proficient in preparation and quantity surveying.
- Excellent coordination skills to work effectively with consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
- Strong site supervision capabilities to monitor execution, ensure strict adherence to quality and specifications, and maintain the project timeline.
