Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Architect – Fit-Out with a strong background in luxury hospitality projects to join our team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the architectural fit-out design and execution of high-end hotel projects, ensuring that the design vision is delivered with excellence while meeting project schedules, budgets, quality standards, and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and development of architectural fit-out designs and technical drawings for hospitality projects.
- Prepare architectural drawings, shop drawings, details, and documentation using AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software.
- Support the coordination of architectural activities with engineering disciplines, consultants, and contractors.
- Review drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements and design standards.
- Participate in site inspections to monitor construction progress and ensure fit-out works comply with approved drawings and specifications.
- Assist in preparing material submittals, design presentations, and project documentation.
- Coordinate with project teams to resolve design-related issues during construction.
- Support project planning and help ensure design deliverables are completed on schedule.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and best practices in hospitality fit-out.
- Comply with company quality standards and support HSE policies and site safety initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Architectural Engineering.
- Minimum 7 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years specializing in luxury hotel fit-out projects.
- Proven experience delivering high-end hospitality fit-out projects from concept through construction and handover.
- Strong knowledge of architectural detailing, fit-out construction methodologies, finishing materials, and technical specifications.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other industry-standard architectural software.
- Experience coordinating with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and multidisciplinary project teams.
- Solid understanding of local building codes, international standards, and construction regulations.
- Experience working with ERP systems; SAP experience is an advantage.
- GCC experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop junior team members.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced project environment.
