Position: Facade Senior Bim Arch Engineers
Role Description
- Facade design experience and knowledge of different facade systems.
- Develop, manage, and coordinate BIM parametric families & models in accordance with project standards and BIM execution plans.
- Knowledge of preparing BIM reports (BEP-MIDP-TIDP).
- Create accurate 3D models, drawings, schedules, and quantities using Revit and related BIM tools.
- Coordinate BIM models across disciplines to identify and resolve clashes using Navis works.
- Ensure model accuracy, consistency, and compliance with project requirements.
- Support design development, shop drawing production, and construction documentation.
- Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and project stakeholders.
- Maintain and update BIM content libraries and templates when required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3 - 4+ years of facade technical focused roles.
- 2 - 4++ years of experience in a BIM-focused role (adjustable based on seniority).
- Proficiency in Revit; experience with Navisworks, AutoCAD, Dynamo, or BIM 360 is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of BIM workflows, standards, and coordination processes.
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
