Hunter Dunning is working with a design focused architectural practice on a Project Architect job in Nine elms, Nine elms. The role focuses on RIBA stages 4 and 5, delivering technical packages across hospitality, residential and commercial schemes. You will support construction delivery, cladding remediation and gateway submissions.
Your Experience
- Qualified Architect with UK project delivery at RIBA stages 4 and 5
- Proficient in AutoCAD with working knowledge of Revit
- Experience in residential, hospitality or commercial developments
- Knowledge of UK building regulations and technical compliance
- Experience coordinating across project teams and multiple schemes
