Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated full-time Building Engineer to join our team in Denver, CO. This on-site role involves maintaining building systems and ensuring operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include performing routine and preventive maintenance tasks, addressing maintenance and repair issues, and coordinating facility management operations. The Building Engineer will work closely with team members and tenants to uphold the functionality, safety, and appeal of our properties.
Qualifications
- Experience in Building Maintenance and Facility Management (FM)
- Knowledge of Plumbing and Preventive Maintenance practices
- Skills in general Maintenance & Repair of building systems
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate effective time management
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for tenant and team interactions
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications are a plus
- Previous experience in real estate or property management is beneficial
