Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Architect role located in Tema. The Architect will be responsible for creating innovative architectural designs and overseeing projects from conception to completion. Responsibilities include planning, developing architectural concepts, collaborating with cross-functional teams including designers, managing project timelines, and ensuring successful integration of architectural solutions. The role also involves coordinating with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to meet project specifications and deliver high-quality results.
Key Responsisbilities
• Develop detailed architectural drawings, blueprints, and project documentation using CAD software
• Coordinate with interior designers and production team throughout the design and construction process.
• Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and resolve design issues
• Prepare and present design proposals
Qualifications
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
• 3–5 years of professional experience in architectural design and project delivery
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong understanding of building codes, construction methods, and materials
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Professional licensure (or actively pursuing registration) is an added advantage
• Excellent communication and project coordination abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
