Job Purpose
- Deliver Façade consultancy services to AESG’s clients.
- Execution of projects.
- Assist in business development activities related to consultancy services.
Qualification And Experience
- Minimum of a BE or equivalent degree related to the area of expertise required.
- Required minimum experience 4-8 years.
- Experience in software CAD / Microsoft /PDF
- Knowledge of Façade Systems and Materials
- Site Supervision and quality control experience
- Problem solving and decision making
- Communication and coordination
- Testing and Compliance knowledge
- Health and Safety awareness

Responsibilities
- Site Supervision & Compliance Monitoring – Oversee façade installation activities on-site to ensure they align with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Quality Control & Inspections – Conduct routine site inspections, monitor workmanship, and verify installation methods meet quality standards and contract requirements.
- Testing & Commissioning Oversight – Witness façade performance tests (e.g., water and air infiltration, structural integrity) and verify that all components meet functional and safety requirements.
- Reporting & Documentation – Prepare site reports, track progress, document deviations or non-conformities.
