Architect – Residential | North Dublin
Rhythm Careers is partnering with a well-established architectural studio in North Dublin to find their next team member. The studio has around 25 people in its Dublin office, plus additional team members across its other studios, and delivers high-quality projects across Residential, Data Centre, Commercial, and Hospitality sectors.
Due to a busy period, the studio is now looking to add Architects to their team, working on residential projects across Dublin.
The ideal candidate will have existing residential experience in Ireland, ideally with exposure to high-rise developments or housing schemes. Strong Revit skills are essential, along with a relevant qualification (RIAI, ARB, or equivalent) and a solid understanding of Irish building regulations and industry standards. You'll be comfortable attending client and consultant meetings, and have experience with site visits and design certifier reporting. Above all, the studio are looking for someone confident, a good communicator, and happy to take a hands-on approach.
