Project Architect / Project Lead
One of Ireland’s leading architectural design studios is seeking a talented and experienced Registered Architects to join their growing team. Due to increase in new projects, they have an immediate requirement for experienced Project Architect with strong technical skills, local site experience, and proven success managing projects through construction phases of development are essential.
Duties include:
- Lead projects from planning through to on-site delivery
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors and clients
- Oversee site works and manage project timelines
- Prepare technical drawings and specifications
- Ensure compliance with Irish Building Regulations
Desired skills and experience:
- Registered Architect (RIAI or RIBA)
- Ideally 5+ years’ post-qualification experience
- Proven job-running along with site experience, all in line with current industry regulations
- Strong technical detailing and documentation skills
- Confident communicator and collaborator
- Must hold full eligibility to work in Ireland
Salary & Benefits include:
- Salary: €65K – €75K doe
