Job Summary
Our client is an established construction company with operations across Ireland, the UK, and Northern Europe. They work across sectors such as Data Centres, Life Sciences, Aviation, High-Value Manufacturing, and Critical Logistics, delivering complex, high-performance projects.
We are seeking a talented BIM Graduate to join their high-performance operations department in Dublin. The role will involve close collaboration with commercial teams, contracts managers, clients, design teams, and project directors.

BIM Lead
Role Responsibilities
- Produce detailed 3D BIM models in line with specific project requirements
- Ensure models align with standards and goals set in the BIM Execution Plan and BIM workflows
- Collaborate internally and externally with other disciplines
- Create BIM modelling content, including setting up additional Revit families and templates
- Develop construction drawings and extract data
- Maintain and administer the Common Data Environment (CDE)
- Carry out checks on Revit models
- Liaise with subcontractors and design teams to agree on objectives
Requirements
- Degree in Building Information Modelling graduating in Summer 2026 (Level 7/8 from Ireland/UK ) or a related Engineering/Architecture Undergraduate Degree (Level 7/8) (preferable) from Ireland/UK
- Internship or work experience in a BIM field (preferred)
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Some understanding of BIM procedures, protocols, and data management software tools
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Eagerness to learn, passion for digitalising common construction practices, and keen desire to influence the use of innovative technology within a business
- Self-starter who exercises good judgement under pressure, patient, and flexible
