Your New Role
As a BIM Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the design and coordination of multidisciplinary projects through high-quality 3D modelling and documentation.
You will be responsible for:
- Producing detailed BIM models using Revit in line with project requirements
- Assisting in the coordination of models across MEP and other disciplines
- Ensuring BIM standards, protocols, and workflows are followed
- Supporting clash detection processes and resolving coordination issues
- Generating drawings, schedules, and technical documentation from models
- Hosting BIM Coordination meetings
- Working closely with engineers and senior BIM staff to deliver projects efficiently

What you'll need to succeed
- Experience working as a BIM Coordinator or similar, ideally within an engineering contractor or engineering consultancy environment
- Proficiency in Revit **Essential**
- Understanding of BIM Level 2 standards and common data environments
- Experience with Navisworks or similar coordination tools (desirable)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work within project deadlines
- Good communication skills and a collaborative approach
