Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Architect based in Colombo. The Architect will be responsible for leading architectural design projects, developing creative solutions, and managing project timelines. Daily tasks will include creating detailed architectural drawings, overseeing project integration, and collaborating with teams to ensure optimal results. The Architect will also ensure compliance with design standards and client specifications, presenting proposals, and supervising the implementation of projects.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design with strong attention to detail and creativity
- Experience with Project Management, including planning, coordination, and timeline management
- Proficiency in Software Development and Integration processes as they apply to architectural projects
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with sustainable design principles and practices is a plus
- Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field
- Relevant work experience in architecture, with a portfolio of completed projects
