Requirements
- Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Architecture.
- Minimum 3 -4 years of experience.
- Experience in residential and commercial building projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Lumion.
- Sound knowledge of Sri Lankan building regulations and construction documentation.
- Strong design, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage projects independently and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Prepare architectural designs, drawings, and construction documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and project teams.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure design compliance.
- Assist in project planning, approvals, and execution.
