We are a UK-based architecture practice currently looking for talented, motivated, and experienced Architects / Architectural Designers to join our Sri Lankan team.
This is an excellent opportunity for architects who want to work on UK projects, gain international experience, develop their technical skills, and build a pathway towards a future career in the UK.
🔹 What We’re Looking For
We are looking for candidates with:
• 3–5+ years of professional experience in architecture
• Strong architectural drafting and technical drawing skills
• Good knowledge of architectural design and construction detailing
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work with international teams and clients
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver work to deadlines
• A fast-learning and proactive attitude
• Willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities
• Strong commitment and a professional approach to work
Work on UK Projects
Our projects are UK-based, and we are not currently undertaking Sri Lankan architectural projects.
You will have the opportunity to work directly on UK residential and architectural projects, gaining practical experience with:
✔ UK architectural standards
✔ UK Building Regulations
✔ UK construction methods and detailing
✔ Technical drawing and documentation
✔ Working with UK-based architects, consultants and clients
✔ International project coordination and communication

Are you an architect who is looking to move to the UK in the future or gain valuable international experience?

Candidates who successfully develop their skills and performance within our Sri Lankan office may have the opportunity, subject to business requirements, eligibility and performance, to progress to our UK operation after approximately 2–3 years, with potential employment sponsorship.
This means you can start by gaining strong UK project experience from Sri Lanka and potentially build your career towards working in the UK.
