Job Summary
Lead and manage BIM implementation to ensure effective coordination, compliance, and execution across project packages, driving quality and efficiency in building information modeling processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead BIM implementation across multiple project packages to ensure consistent and effective use of BIM technology
- Develop detailed BIM Execution Plans and workflows to guide project teams and optimize BIM processes
- Coordinate BIM models among diverse stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and data integration
- Manage BIM standards and ensure compliance with industry and project requirements
- Facilitate clash detection and model coordination to identify and resolve design conflicts early
Required Competencies And Certifications
- Certified BIM Manager
- Proficient in Revit, Navisworks, BIM360, and related BIM software
Preferred Competencies And Qualifications
- Degree in Architecture or Engineering
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience specifically in BIM management
