Palmo is a real estate development company focused on residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects in Greece. We're looking for a talented Architect to join our Athens team.
What you'll do:
- Develop architectural concepts through to full construction documentation
- Assess development opportunities and support feasibility studies
- Manage permit submissions and regulatory approvals with local authorities
- Coordinate structural, MEP, landscape, and interior design consultants
- Provide on-site support during construction, reviewing shop drawings and resolving design issues
- Contribute to tender and procurement processes
What we're looking for:
- Degree in Architecture (Bachelor's or Master's); TEE membership preferred
- 5+ years in architectural design, development, or construction
- Strong knowledge of Greek planning regulations and building codes
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite; BIM knowledge is a plus
