- Produce accurate, coordinated, and high-quality architectural models that meet project requirements and BIM standards.
- Create, manage, and customize parametric Revit Families for architectural elements, including walls, doors, windows, curtain walls, ceilings, furniture, and other custom components.
- Develop and maintain Revit templates to ensure consistency, efficiency, and compliance with company BIM standards.
Model Quality & BIM Standards:
- Perform model auditing, purging, cleanup, and optimization to maintain efficient and high-performing BIM models.
- Ensure compliance with BIM Execution Plans (BEP), ISO 19650 standards, Level of Development (LOD) requirements, and project-specific BIM protocols.
- Monitor model quality, consistency, and adherence to established BIM workflows.
BIM Coordination & Clash Management:
- Conduct clash detection using Navisworks Manage and coordinate issue resolution across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
- Generate, review, and track clash reports, ensuring timely closure of coordination issues.
- Participate in multidisciplinary BIM coordination meetings and support model federation activities.
Workflow Automation & Digital Innovation:
- Develop and implement Dynamo scripts to automate repetitive modeling, documentation, and model management tasks.
- Continuously improve BIM workflows through automation and best practices to enhance productivity and model accuracy.
Common Data Environment (CDE) Management:
- Manage, update, and maintain project models within Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms such as Autodesk BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), Procore, or ProjectWise.
- Ensure proper version control, document management, and collaboration across project teams.
What We're Looking For
