You are an Architect who enjoys working across different sectors and wants a role that offers variety, responsibility, and technical depth. The practice is a London-based architecture studio working across both residential and commercial sectors, with projects ranging from well-considered housing schemes to thoughtfully designed commercial buildings. The studio is medium-sized, design-led, and pragmatic in its approach, placing equal value on strong ideas, technical rigour, and buildable solutions. Responsibilities
- Working across residential and commercial projects from design development through to technical delivery
- Producing and coordinating detailed drawing packages in Revit
- Contributing to design development, problem-solving, and internal reviews
- Coordinating with consultants and supporting communication with clients and contractors
- Taking ownership of defined project packages and seeing them through to completion
Skills & Experience
- ARB registration and are RIBA-qualified, or equivalent
- Solid experience working on both residential and commercial projects within a UK practice
- Strong Revit skills and confidence producing coordinated technical information
- A good understanding of UK building regulations and standard procurement routes
- A considered, organised approach and the ability to work well as part of a team
