This is an opportunity to join a growing, design-led architectural practice delivering work across commercial and healthcare sectors, with a strong emphasis on sustainability, technical delivery, and real-world performance.
You’ll be working within a collaborative studio environment on projects from early concept through to delivery, contributing to schemes that prioritise function, user experience, and long-term value. The studio operates across multiple UK locations and an international office, with a strong pipeline and continued investment in people and capability.
The work is grounded in a people-first design approach - balancing creativity with technical precision, and always with sustainability embedded from day one.
Responsibilities
- Lead and contribute to projects across commercial and healthcare sectors
- Develop design proposals from concept through to technical stages
- Produce detailed drawing packages using Revit
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and wider project teams
- Ensure projects meet regulatory and technical standards
- Support delivery of sustainable, high-performing design solutions
- Attend client meetings and contribute to presentations
Requirements
- Qualified Architect with UK project experience
- Strong proficiency in Revit (essential)
- Experience working across commercial and/or healthcare projects on RIBA stages 4/5.
- Solid understanding of UK Building Regulations and delivery stages
- Confident working both independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- A detail-driven mindset with a focus on buildable, practical design
- Personable, confident, engaging team player.
