ABOUT THE ROLE.
This rapidly growing architecture studio, located near Sydney’s CBD, specialises in high-quality Class 2 projects, with additional experience in the education and healthcare sectors. You will step into either a graduate architect or entry level project lead position, working on large scale class 2 projects up to 500 units. A level of autonomy is needed and leadership skills are will be well regarded.
DUTIES.
- Assist in leading small-scale projects and contribute to larger projects from concept through to completion
- Coordinate multiple project tasks across different stages, including design development, documentation, and consultant coordination
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors, and participate in site visits to support project progress and resolve design queries
- Take initiative in managing specific project packages
- Support and collaborate with junior team members and documentation teams to ensure accurate and timely project outputs
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
- 5+ years post graduate experience
- Strong proficiency with Revit
- Ability to manage and maintain client and stakeholder relationships
- Proven track record of delivering large scale class 2 projects is preferred
- Full working rights in Australia
