About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Architect with Class 2 experience preferably (but we would consider all sectors) to join our Sydney studio.
What You'll Do
- You'll engage with project teams throughout all phases, bringing expertise in large-scale projects and proficiency in Revit to prepare architectural documentation.
- You'll maintain strong stakeholder relationships and demonstrate excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with confidence and maturity.
- Manage multiple priorities, working effectively under pressure, and making informed, timely decisions.
- Effectively coordinate project consultants.
What You’ll Bring
- 4+ years experience in architectural practice with demonstrated success leading multi-residential projects.
- Registered Architect (AIA preferred)
- Strong proficiency in Revit, with proven BIM and documentation experience.
- In-depth understanding of multi-residential design, delivery, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of Australian Standards and relevant codes for residential projects.
- A collaborative, solution-focused mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
